Directions

   Preheat oven to 375° .

   Place chicken in two 9x13 inch baking dishes.

   Put garlic under skin of chicken pieces.

   In a small sauce pan heat Aloha From Oregon Mint Jelly & honey over medium-low heat.

   Brush warm mixture all over chicken.

6. 6

   Bake for 1 hour or until golden brown & cooked through.

   Brush again with Mint Jelly mixture & serve.
